About the Director
Shantelle is a part qualified Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the Banking and Financial services industry, specialising in fraud prevention, financial crime, and account management. A graduate of the University of East London with a degree in Money, Banking, and Finance, she has honed her expertise through roles at Santander and Barclays Bank, where she excelled in risk management, compliance, and customer education.
As a mother of three, Shantelle brings compassion and real-world insights to her leadership. Her passion lies in Financial Crime prevention, where she plays an active role in raising awareness and promoting education.
Passionate about empowering others, Shantelle established the Money Management Academy to help individuals build financial confidence through practical knowledge in budgeting, fraud prevention, and debt management. Her motto: "Your journey to financial confidence starts here."
